What exactly is the difference in results between this paper and another paper with exactly the same title by Damgard et. al. in TCC 2006 (Link here) ? They seem to use different techniques and don’t refer to each other.
UPDATE: The eprint version of Damgard et. al. TCC paper (https://eprint.iacr.org/2005/140.pdf) clarifies in Section 1.2 that these were indeed concurrent works.
